Cancellation Eligibility
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible.
Cancellation Process
To cancel an order, please email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for cancellation. Our customer service team will review your request and issue a refund if applicable.
- If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
- If the order has already shipped, we will provide a return label for you to send the item(s) back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 business days to the original form of payment.
Order Changes
We are unable to modify orders once they are submitted. If you need to make changes, please contact our team to cancel the current order and place a new one.
Order Processing
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled. Contact us promptly if you need to request cancellation.
Shipping
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please wait for the item(s) to be delivered, then contact us to initiate a return.
Gift Orders
To cancel a gift order, contact us as soon as possible. If the gift has already shipped, the cancellation will follow the standard return process.
Discounts
